Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, you are automatically entering into an agreement and agree with the Terms that follow:
Important details
What can i draw?• Furry, anthro, feral, humans and other creatures and humanoids.
• Fanart
• SFW and NSFWWhat i won't draw?• Anything that is discriminatory, obscene, racist, homo- or transphobic, sexist, any form of hate speech or is mean-spirited oriented.
• minors or feral animals in sexual acts.
• Dismemberment, excessive gore, baby fur, diapers, pedophilia, incest, excessive hyper, slob, vore, water sports, excrement or urine, docking.
• Complex mecha.Other things to note• You'll need to be 18+ when commissioning NSFW pieces!!• Please provide a clear reference of your character. Feel free to send more than one reference sheet.• Tell me a bit about your character too! It usually helps me to get better feel of the character.• All finished pieces will have a watermark on them and cannot be removed.• Backgrounds do not have a base price, the price completely depends on the complexity of the background. Same goes for bigger additional objects such as cars
General
1) Completion timeTake note that I can't guarantee the time it will take for your commission to be done! Please be patient with me.I will try to keep customers updated at least once a week. If you hear nothing from me, feel free to message me and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.2) AlternationsOnce the sketching stage has been approved and line work has begun, further changes requested may incur extra charges, depending on the level of work required to make the change.So please, speak up before I've moved past the sketching stage. However if the mistake is on me, such as forgetting something or failing to follow the provided reference sheet, there will be no fees.Removing or purposefully cropping out said watermark is a violation against the terms of service.3) Termination of ContractAt any time this contract can be terminated by either myself or the commissioner for whatever reason. If work has already begun, a reasonable percentage of the payment will be refunded to the client. Check section [6] for details.3) Violating the contractIf you fail to follow these terms, and I find out you've violated my terms of service, you'll be black listed and prohibited from purchasing any services from me in the future.
Payments & Refunds
4) PaymentCommission has to be paid after a rough sketch has been approved.I prefer to get the whole payment in one go but the customer can pay by installments as well.Payment methods i accept:PayPal
Bank transfer (finns only)5) Payment plansPayment plans are accepted for $40 and up.I prefer to get half- or whatever price we've settled on before I move past the rough sketch stage. The piece has to be fully paid before you may receive the finished piece.Please note that paying by installments is not available if you've commissioned a sketch.6) RefundsCustomer may receive 100% of money back if
the commission has not been startedCustomer may receive 50% of money back if
they cancel the commission after the sketch has been sentCustomer may not receive a refund if the lineart, coloring, or shading has been started.I as the artist have the right to terminate the contract whenever at any given moment. However, in this case the customer may receive a reasonable refund and may keep the unfinished piece if they so please.
Posting & Copyright
7) Reposting and sharingYou may repost a piece you've commissioned as long as credit is given and I'm preferably tagged.If properly crediting is not an option, the piece has to be cropped in a way in which my signature is visible."credit to the artist" is not valid credit.You may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format. However you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark.8) Copyright_As the artist I retain the copyright to the artwork and have the right to publish the work onto my own social media platforms, websites and use it as promoting material of my own work.I also have the right to keep and resell sketches and designs that were not chosen by a customer.DO NOT:Claim my art as yours.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Please note that additional props and/or objects increase the final price.Provide a clear reference of your character. Tell me a bit about your character too! It usually helps me to get better feel of the character.I will send a sketch of the piece for approval before continuing to further stages.I will NOT heavily change the pose or character after the sketch has been approved.We can discuss your idea and I'll say how much it will cost.
